KartSpot ("KartSpot", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Carsketch L.P., based in Argos, Greece, 21250 ("the Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KartSpot website and application at kartspot.app, my.kartspot.app and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

KartSpot is a live pit-strategy dashboard for endurance karting teams. It helps teams organise drivers into lanes, view lap-quality indicators, track stints and handovers, and share a live board across devices. KartSpot reads timing information made available by third-party timing systems (such as Apex Timing and RaceFacer) that you connect via a link you provide. KartSpot is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any timing provider, championship, or circuit.
You sign in with your email address using a one-time code (passwordless). You are responsible for maintaining access to, and the security of, the email account you use. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to create an account and purchase a subscription.

Current prices are shown on kartspot.app and at checkout. Prices are in euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card details. Invoices are issued by Carsketch L.P.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise these recurring charges.
You may cancel a recurring (monthly or yearly) subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds apply only to monthly or yearly plans, and only if the Service has not been used since the charge. If you were billed (or a subscription renewed) but you have not used the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of that charge. Once you have used the Service during a billing period, that period is non-refundable — you cannot use the Service and then reclaim the fee.
Per-race purchases give you immediate access to the Service for that event. Because this is a digital service supplied immediately, by purchasing you expressly request immediate provision and acknowledge that a per-race purchase is non-refundable once the event has started.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights you may have under Greek or EU law.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; resell or sublicense the Service without our permission; upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content; or use the Service to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
KartSpot displays and derives information from third-party timing feeds and your inputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of any timing data or of the quality indicators, predictions, or calculations the Service produces. All pit and strategy decisions you make based on the Service are your own responsibility.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the Company and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your paid period, for your team's internal use. Content you add (such as your team name and logo) remains yours; you grant us the limited right to host and display it in order to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, race results, or lost data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, on the website). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Greece shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or venues available to you under the law of your country of residence in the EU.
