This Privacy Policy explains how Carsketch L.P. ("we", "us", "our"), based in Argos, Greece, 21250, collects and uses personal data when you use KartSpot (kartspot.app, my.kartspot.app and related services, the "Service"). We are the data controller for this data.

The Service is intended for adults (18+) managing racing teams and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
